 1. How do I book?

Book online by selecting your preferred date.

Pay the €50 booking deposit.

You will receive a confirmation email confirming both your payment and your reservation.

On the day of the rental, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance and the security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the rental, provided the boat is returned without damage.

2. When do I pay?

A €50 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Before boarding, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance directly at Piantoni Boatyard.

 3. How can I check if my booking was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email.

You can also check the booking calendar: your reserved date will appear as a white, unavailable square.

 4. What happens if the weather is bad? Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation of the booking does not entitle you to a refund of the deposit paid. In the event of bad weather, a voucher equal to the amount of the booking deposit (usually €50) will be issued instead. The voucher can be used for a future booking.
